Mid-decade reapportionment or redistricting of congressional and legislative districts; prohibit - CA

A RESOLUTION proposing an amendment to the Constitution of the State of Georgia so as to prohibit mid-decade reapportionment or redistricting of congressional and legislative districts; to authorize limited remedial plans in the event of a court finding defects in such districts; to provide for related matters; to provide for the submission of this amendment for ratification or rejection; and for other purposes.
