</b> </i>] Authorizes the State Treasurer to issue Article XI-Q general obligation bonds to finance renovation or expansion of courthouses. <b>Directs the community mental health program director to notify the court within two judicial days when a defendant found unfit to proceed is not complying with community restoration services. Authorizes the director to delegate the duty to the entity providing the services.</b>
