Energy product reclassification and sovereignty act.

This bill establishes the Energy Product Reclassification and Sovereignty Act, creating industrial sovereign zones to encourage the production of value-added manufactured products using natural gas. The bill defines the roles of the Wyoming Energy Authority in certifying and supporting industrial sovereign zones, including expedited licensing and permitting processes. The bill allows county commissioners to nominate areas as industrial sovereign zones, subject to approval by the Wyoming Energy Authority.
