Wyoming Pharmacy Act amendments.

This act creates a definition of practice of pharmacy, which includes interpreting, evaluating, compounding, dispensing or administering medical orders or prescriptions, providing patient counseling, assessing patients, initiating or providing pharmacist care services, using methods to improve patient safety and engaging in collaborative pharmaceutical care. Regarding collaborative pharmaceutical care, the act provides that no pharmacist shall be required to participate and collaborative pharmaceutical care shall be governed by Board of Pharmacy rules. The Board of Pharmacy is required to promulgate all rules necessary to implement this act.
